Many of us often drink tea or coffee using the same water throughout the day. Well, really, why do you need to type a new one every time, if there is already water in the teapot and is often still warm – so it will boil faster. It turns out – you need!

There are 3 very good reasons to refill your kettle with fresh, fresh water every time.

1 – The liquid loses oxygen with each boil

Every time the same water goes through the boiling process, its composition is disrupted, and oxygen evaporates from the liquid. Water turns into “dead”, which means that it is not at all useful for the body.

2 – The amount of impurities increases

Boiling liquid tends to evaporate, and impurities remain, as a result of which, against the background of a decreasing amount of water, the amount of sediment increases.

3 – Water loses its taste

By brewing tea with re-boiled water, you will no longer get the original taste of the drink prepared with such water. When boiled, raw water differs from the one that has passed through centigrade heating, and re-boiled water even more loses its taste.

How to properly boil water

  • Let the water stand before boiling. Ideally, about 6 hours. So, impurities of heavy metals and chlorine compounds will evaporate from the water during this time.
  • Use only fresh water to boil.
  • Do not add or mix fresh water with the remains of pre-boiled water.
