The director of the MD MODEL management modeling agency and women from Izhevsk, who passed the first stage of the competition in Moscow, tell Woman’s Day readers what it takes to please the jury and compete for a luxurious title.
Where and when will the casting take place in Izhevsk?
On December 21, the AMAKS Tsentralnaya hotel will host the regional qualifying round of the All-Russian contest “Miss Russia – 2015”. For the past few years, the official representative of this event in Udmurtia has been the MD MODEL management model agency.
This year, the organizers of the competition decided to closely search for worthy applicants. The thing is that they really want to see our countrywoman in the final of the competition. Therefore, more than a hundred applicants are expected to participate in the casting.
However, casting is only a preparatory stage. There will be no usual jury judging. Marina Degtyareva-Makina, director of the MD MODEL management modeling agency, will select the girls suitable for the parameters:
“The women from Izhevsk have a great chance to please the Moscow representatives,” says Marina. – It is no longer a secret, and many representatives of Moscow and foreign agencies talked about this, – Udmurtia is rich in beautiful, stately, tall and unique outwardly girls. Therefore, many of our models work successfully in Moscow and abroad. “
What should a candidate be like?
To participate in the selection, it is not at all necessary to be a model and weigh 40 kg, on the contrary, she must have a feminine figure. However, a girl must have Slavic facial features, long well-groomed hair, an even smile and good skin.
To look beautiful on stage, the height of the girl is also important. The future Miss Russia must be above 173 cm. In addition to good external data, the participant must necessarily have Russian citizenship, be no older than 23 years old, be unmarried and have no children.
In order for a girl to be noticed from hundreds of applicants, charisma, the ability to speak beautifully and correctly, and knowledge of the English language must be added to the above parameters.
Girls must come to the qualifying round with minimal make-up (tone on the face, lip gloss and mascara are allowed). You need to bring a two-piece swimsuit and high-heeled shoes with you.

To select interesting and outwardly suitable girls, the organizers ask them to walk first in their usual clothes, then in a swimsuit. Also, the participants will have to tell about themselves and answer a few questions from the organizers. After the event, all photo and video materials will be sent to Moscow for national selection. Based on its results, the candidates they like will be invited to the capital for the next stage of the competitive selection in January.

Therefore, you should not be afraid or worried, but rather boldly go to the casting and participate! “

“When I walked into the room with the main jury, they noticed my natural hair color, emphasizing that a natural blonde looks like that. Apparently, I became the reason for the continuation of the dispute about some other participant. I didn’t have to do anything special. I just answered their questions and used my main weapon 100% – a smile and energy. However, I was not included in the finalists of the competition. Naturally, I was disappointed, but my friends encouraged me. At such moments, it is important to have people nearby who are able to say that you are beautiful for them no matter what. “

The winner of the competition becomes not only the owner of the crown worth more than $ 1 million. She will represent our country at the Miss World and Miss Universe contests, and will also be the face of Russia for a year before the transfer of the crown.
