Watermelon, cucumber, feta and black olive salad

Pour 4 personnes:

  • 0,5 anyụ
  • 1 kukumba
  • 1 yabasị uhie
  • 200 g nke nnu
  • 30 oliv ojii
  • 200 g nke nnu
  • 20 basil epupụta
  • 20 Mint epupụta

Start by detailing the watermelon. I made marbles with the Parisian spoon (or melon spoon) but you can also make cubes or little hearts, dice… you choose !!!

If you are making melon balls, save the scraps for a smoothie… the recipe comes very quickly!

Peel the cucumber and cut thin slices with a knife or mandolin.

Peel the onion and also cut into thin slices.

Drain the olives then cut them into halves or quarters.

Either on a plate or in a salad bowl, arrange all the elements, finishing with the feta and the herbs.

Serve immediately (or quickly).
