August 25 in Volgograd became for many a girl the starting point for a new life. It was on this day that the fitness club “ART-FITNESS” opened its doors to 50 lucky women. Minor organizational delays, the queue and late hour could not spoil the mood. After all, only the most motivated and active girls come to Prime Time. Everyone is focused on winning, there is no detail here! The first season of gaining a superfigure from Prime Time is still in full swing, but there are so many people wishing to enter the relay for a graceful figure that the organizers decided to announce a recruitment for the second season from October 26th. Do not miss!

Even before the start of the project, the participants were divided into two groups. Each team could be rightfully proud of its coaches. Julia and Anya passed the strictest selection, leaving behind dozens of applicants. With all their appearance, girls show that excellent health and an ideal figure are possible not only on the pages of glossy magazines, but also in real life.

“Everyone has their own goals here! We are fighters here! ” – Julia instructed the girls. Anya supported her: “You can’t be lazy! Here we will make you work! “

Despite the stern words of the coaches, the girls looked enthusiastic. Many have been waiting for an invitation to the project for more than one week. Personal trainer, dynamic training, nutritional and exercise advice.

24 hours a day, dramatic changes in just two months – such a chance should not be missed!

When a coach motivates with one appearance

Having received the cherished cards (pink or green), the girls dispersed to the halls. The first day included a nutritional consultation and an introduction to a diary, where the participants write down each of their meals. Now you will not allow yourself a piece of cake for the night! And the coach will not pat on the head for skipping breakfast.

Nor will they be praised for skipping a workout without a good reason. “You won’t get by with simple censure. You will have to work a lot, ”Anya assured her team.

And already at the first training session, the girls realized that their coaches were not joking. Exercises with swords and dumbbells, planks and squats, jumps and swings – and this is not a complete list of activities. The coach’s cheering shouts and dynamic music allowed the girls to hold out more than they expected of themselves. And how can you cheat when the ubiquitous Julia and Anya will immediately fly up to you, no matter in which row you hide. It’s hard, unusual, sometimes even painful – but what are the results!

Some girls have already lost 1 to 3 kilograms in just three days of proper nutrition under the guidance of a trainer! But the project has just begun. It is immediately evident How long the girls want victory. And none of them will concede their prize to another.
