Have you noticed how the “heaviness” of life is expressed by a stoop? I often talk about “blogger face” or “smartphone face”: such daily anti-fitness causes unnatural muscle strain. All this ages and damages the appearance even of young girls.

The Facial Youth System I teach deals with these problems. This is a system of exercises, massages, care, and adjustment of the psycho-emotional state. Women practicing it are able to consciously control muscles, emotions, listen to the “signals” of the body, fill with energy and launch all significant flows – blood, lymph, energy. Here are some tips on how to take care of your face.

One of the functions of the skin is excretory, so it should be well cleaned by everyone and at any age. Try a natural and simple recipe. Grind the oatmeal flakes in a coffee grinder or blender. In 1 tsp. add a little warm water of this powder and mix the “gruel” right in the palm of your hand. If the skin is oily, then you can replace the water with natural yogurt, sour cream or herbal decoction. Apply the resulting gruel to the face, massage in circular movements. Wash off.

We need to restore the PH of the skin and its epidermal barrier, which protects the skin. Therefore, we wipe our face with tonic, hydrolat or floral water. Any cleanser is alkaline and toner is acidic. The result is a balance. The active ingredients in the composition also work for the benefit of our skin.

You need to do it regularly, then it will just become a habit – how to brush your teeth! Here are some simple exercises. Attention! When doing the exercises, observe the posture and position of the head: the back is straight, the crown stretches up, the chin is parallel to the floor. Hands and face should be clean, do not press with fingers, only light fixation.

Exercise number 1 – general toning of the face. Make a long letter “O” with your lips, stretching out your face. Look up with your eyes and start blinking actively, maintaining this position, 50-100 times.

Exercise number 2 – for a smooth forehead. Place your palms on your forehead and pull them slightly downward by 2-3 cm and slightly to the sides (make sure that there are no wrinkles and folds) Raise your eyebrows up, creating resistance with your hands. Make 20 dynamic movements (for each count) and hold for 20 counts in static tension (eyebrows up and arms create resistance). Relax your forehead by tapping lightly with your fingertips.

Exercise number 3 – strengthening of the upper eyelid. Place your palms on your forehead so that they fit over the brow area and pull slightly upward. Look down. Close the upper eyelid (pushing the upper eyelid downward) 20 counts in motion and linger for 20 counts in static.

Exercise number 4 – voluminous lips. Pull your lips inward and bite lightly. Then create a small vacuum and try to open your mouth abruptly with compression (pull your lips inward and pronounce the letter “P”, as if sucking them in) – 10-15 times. Then inhale the air and gently blow it out through your lips, creating the sound of a “car” or “horse.” Make sure your lips are relaxed.

Exercise number 5 – against the double chin. Place your fists under your chin. Press with your chin on your hands, and create resistance with your hands. Watch your posture and do not push your head forward! Do it 20 times in dynamics and 20 times in slow dynamics. Relax the double chin area with a light pat.

Apply your favorite product to face by skin type, area, season, and condition. The cream is applied along the massage lines, starting from the décolleté, then the neck, then the face and eyes.
